If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Take clear photos of the package and items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@poshhealthbeauty.com.
- We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
7. Order Changes & Address Errors
- Once an order is placed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
